We are a non-medical adult residential facility providing level 6 services including room, meals, housekeeping, supervision, storage and distribution of medication and personal care assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for male residents between the ages of 18 to 59.

In addition to being an approved vendor for Service Code 915-640 (Staff Operated, 4 Bed Facility), we are an approved vendor for Service Code 868 Out of Home Respite / LEVEL 6 and Service Code 880 Transportation, as well.

Kelley Living, Inc. holds the facility license #361880949 which is owned by Randall and Sucet Kelley who is, also, the administrator.

Our facility numbers with the Inland Regional Center are HJ3217 and VJ7599.
