We are a non-medical adult residential facility providing level 4i services including room, meals, housekeeping, supervision, storage and distribution of medication and personal care assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for male residents between the ages of 18 to 59.

In addition to being an approved vendor for 915-L4I (Staff Operated, 4 Bed Facility), we are an approved vendor for 868 Out of Home Respite / LEVEL 4I, as well.

Kelley Living, Inc. holds the facility license #361880949 which is owned by Randall and Sucet Kelley who is, also, the administrator.
